Digital-only services
MakeTheStartup provides online startup discovery, founder profiles, community tools, and AI-assisted digital services. We do not sell or ship physical goods, so no shipping address or physical delivery is required.
Delivery after payment
After Razorpay confirms a successful payment, the purchased digital access is applied to the authenticated account associated with the order. Users can view transaction details in Dashboard → Settings → Purchase History.
Payment or access issues
If payment succeeds but access or the purchase record is not available, contact us through the Support page with your account email and payment reference. We will investigate the order and access status.
